Computer Apps Update
So far so good, just about two months into my computer apps class. We've been learning some cool new things that help us Google search faster and more efficiently. Want some examples? I learned that one way you can eliminate a word from a search is by putting a minus sign after the words you want included, and then typing the word you want out directly after the minus sign (no space). You can also search for something by typing in what you want, put a colon dot gov, edu, com, etc. after (no space between the colon, dot, and the gov, edu, com, etc. This helps you search for articles that come directly from those types of sites. It helps you eliminate all the sites that you feel are not helpful or you can't site for a project.
